Nerdy Xs and Os guy...again, Rick Carlisle anyone? Think he would accept a step down to offensive coordinator (or assistant coach if Herb gets picked up by Indiana) to sit on the crowded bench behind Isiah with the understanding that he gets the head coaching job when Isiah leaves or gets sacked?
No chance, ok.
But it would be interesting to know what the relationship is like between the two men, two guys that have come so close to crossing paths, whose fates have been related at each of their stops over the last seven years.
Here, dear readers, is the final resting place of all weary Knicks fans. Yes, here is where one comes when James Dolan extends yet another contract, when the Knicks trade for yet another ambulatory star, or when said fan simply hits 'rock' bottom.

Actually I'm with Bo....Isiah's got the players attention. Now what we need is some nerdy Xs and Os assistants that Isiah trusts.
Anyone notice that Zeke got a 3rd place vote in the coach of the year balloting?
Coaches must be allowed to vote for themselves....
