I can't vote on your polls, but I see that other people can, so I don't know what's the problem.
Are you sure you checked a radio button then clicked the vote button?
I just tried it and it worked for me. Since these are built-in google widgets the only other cause might be your browser. I'm using Firefox.
I'm still on explorer and it did let me vote today (for Beasley). Go figure!
