You know, with Frazier's interest in tutoring Mardy Collins, I'm actually getting optimistic about this team. If Collins can win some of that PG time from Marbury it will extend Marbury's health and career and actually solidify the starting unit.
Now, if we could only get somebody to step up at the SF slot.

Ye Newe Glory-torium
Here, dear readers, is the final resting place of all weary Knicks fans. Yes, here is where one comes when the Triangle refuses to have three sides, when biting one's lip from losing to win later is one loss too far,or when said fan simply hits 'rock' bottom. In short, "the ship be" eternally "sinking" here. Welcome aboard, rearrange the deck chairs as you please.

Totally agree with you on the Collins/Marbury part.
As for the SF upgrade, that would be Artest with Renaldo a solid backup.
I haven't given up on Jeffries altogether. Artest would be perfect.
Renaldo is still a mystery man. Solid pine brother for sure. Can he step up to a starter's role? It's a big question.
Given the hype this year his trade value is through the roof. You got to believe his name will come up over and over.
If you can trade for a high lottery pick do you package him? I got to believe we do.
Wow, I don't think anyone is offering a lottery pick in this stacked draft for Renaldo.
I do think you are right about the interest in general though...any blockbuster deal for Artest, Ray Ray or JO will involve Balkperson in the chatter....
