Shaq-a-delic

The news before the trading deadline is electric. If rumors are true Shaquille O'Neal will be a Knick before week's end.

Shaquille O'Neal is still the biggest prize on the market. for New York and the teams they visit, it ensures sell-out crowds. For the Knicks and the east, it means New York is back in the game. If the NBA needs a bailout. This is it.

Shaq is a smart man. A move to New York extends his playing career by two or three years. He's coming full circle. Close to home and in a position to put closure to a career with a final flourish.

Sure, the Knicks are "waiting" for 2010 but even Dolan is smart enough to figure this one out. whereas there may be a cap on pedestrian trades, this is not your D-Leaguer exchange.

My money is on Shaq joining the Knicks.

And if that happens expect Cleveland and Boston to re-examine their rosters.

the rest of this season should be fun.

Ye Newe Glory-torium

Here, dear readers, is the final resting place of all weary Knicks fans. Yes, here is where one comes when the Triangle refuses to have three sides, when biting one's lip from losing to win later is one loss too far,or when said fan simply hits 'rock' bottom. In short, "the ship be" eternally "sinking" here. Welcome aboard, rearrange the deck chairs as you please.
